The Family Advocate provides crisis intervention, case management, and information and referral services to children and their non-offending family members. Additionally, this position provides support to agency partners to strengthen the coordination of joint investigations, improve communication among team members, and enhance overall collaborative approach to the investigation, assessment, intervention and prosecution of child abuse cases worked through the child advocacy center and its multidisciplinary team.
In conjunction with the Executive Director, the Director of Operations will set the financial policy and direction of Scotty’s House while also being an active participant in, and driver of, the agency’s overall strategy. She or he will lead all financial administration, business planning and budgeting. As a member of the senior leadership team, the Director of Operations will work closely with a motivated and engaged finance and governance committee of the board of directors. The Director of Operations will lead Scotty’s House’s finance and administrative staff.
